Three things you need to think about when you talk about being healthy. First is what you eat. Second is exercise. It's mush easier doing some thing that you love doing. Third is preventive medicine and that is what I am trying to promote. You need to put some money into yourself I see people give there pets or livestock vitamins, but dont take vitamins themself. SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR YOU ARE WORTH IT!

A little about me
  Eight years ago I started something that changed the way I look at life. I was going though life going work day after day I needed something, but what i didn't know. My daughter was going though these recently too so there hast to be many people out there that are going though this too. For me paragliding was my choice. For my daughter dirt bike was hers. It has really helped her for working looking forward for weekend to go up the hills on her bike for me & my wife paragliding it is away of life plus exercise for us. It make it easier to go on with the day to day life.

How I quit smoking
  First it was one of the hardest things I have done so you have to make up your mind to do it.SO that's done the first thing count how many daily cigarettes & log it. Then start by taking 2 cigarettes away a week and log it. Use your cigarettes packages, and set up your allotment in the morning. This will take a little time, but when you reach 3 to 4 a day you go to nicorette gum. But not a hole piece start by cutting into quarter you do these until smoking habit is gone. For me I still chew gum trident but at least you will be smoke free. You can do it!
